Still not dead...

Yes, I know it's been a while since most have heard from me.
I swear it's not my fault.
We finally got ADSL so it should be internet paradise.

Instead my access to the computer has been severely restricted to 5 minute breaks while my father walks out of the room. GRRR!
OMG what is HE DOING, he's already revised his damn powerpoint presentation 20 times, he doesn't need to deliberate on the best word choice for every single line he's written, change it, and then change it back

(Glad I regularly stack up on novels to read otherwise I would be gojng insane with boredom...or at least more insane than I already am. Does insaneXinsane=sane?)
Anyway, I'm really looking forward to when no one is at home again.

To all my much loved friends, crack twin, non-parents, etc...
I'm extremely sorry I recently haven't been able to pay you the attention you all deserve.

When I get the computer time I will dedicate a heap of time to getting up to date.

On a completely different side note: whoever it was that mentioned the obvious slash of Peter/Edmund in The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe is currently on my hit list. Having read this, and already being the yaoi minded freak that I am, couldn't help but add innuendo to EVERY scene with them in it...and THEY'RE LIKE 11 AND 15 OR SOMETHING....though adult Edmund was HOT! (pity he didn't get more than 30seconds of screen time

If you want to talk to me, I usually manage to at least check my inbox for lj replies at least once a day, or tell me a time and I can try and negotiate some msn time from my little sister.

Rightio. Back to my books.

OMG YES ADULT EDMUND IS FUCKING *HOT* AND I SAY THIS BASED ON THE FREAKING *BOOKS*.

Um. Biased, arent I? XD

hehe.
I'm biased too.
Edmund was always my favourite.
He just doesn't get the appreciation he deserves.
...though I found it really difficult to like Edmund with the actor that played him as a "child" in the movie.

I find myself increasingly unwilling to go watch the movie.

...you're really not missing much.
It's got some better character graohics for the "fantastical creatures", talking animals, etc but as far as I can remember, the BBC version was extremely similar.
