GAH...with a flavouring of ARGH!

I can't believe how stupid I am!
I just spent 2 days straight with my computer on trying to download a batch torrent with a new downloader and managed to get it 70% complete (1.5+GB).
However, I decided the computer needed a rest and was moving stuff over to the computer with a larger hard drive and then deleting the stuff...
In the process of doing this I emptied my recycle bin...thereby deleting the entirety of what I'd spent the last 2 days downloading.
So very STUPID!

I think I will now go and crawl in a nice quiet hole and viciously kick my brain for it's absent mindedness

Heh. At least I'm not the only one being plagued by the random bouts of idiocy.
What did you manage to delet in your brilliance?
I swear I have learned my lesson...I think.

p.s please do. I follow my friends lj's more with this journal than my writing journal anyway.
