Christmas 2005 Wishlist

So last year, there was the wish list meme that went around before the holidays where people could do nice things for others…well, I’ve decided it was time to restart that. Because I’d love to do things for the people on my friends list for the holidays, but I have no money…so post this in your journal and let’s see what can come of it.
Step One
- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
- If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.
- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.
Step Two
- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:
- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.
You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.
There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

Right, even if I asked for nothing I'd probably feel guilty anyway, so here goes nothing.
1)Fics, good fics, and great fics. I have a real desire for KiriRyo at the moment. I really want FujiRyo too, but KiriRyo's so rare I feel I need to ask for it, and inanimate object Pron (converts wanted, but stories accepted)Other fics I'd like = DxLeon (PsoH), Haruka/Kantarou(tactics), Conrad/Yuuri (KKM) 5x2, 1x2x5 (GW), RoyEd, EnvyEd, LingEd (FMA), Knives/Vash (Trigun), Mizuno/Shou, Shige/Shou, Shige/Mizuno/Shou, Fujishiro/Shou, Fuwa/Shou, Shige/Fuwa (Whistle [most underappreciated show ever]), Naoe/Takaya(Kagetora) (Mirage of Blaze)
...that's probably enough pairings for people to chew over
2)New basketball and ring.
3)Preety icons for any of my interest or pairings mentioned above.
4)Preeety layout for my lj.
5)Anime and manga
6)Some good music (going through my music list I realised it's all pretty bland)
7)More lj friends
8)Money, or failing that, a job so I can earn money
9)Dragons: art or nic nacs (yep, I have a fascination with preety dragons)
10)...I can't really think of anything else...I suppose any other good fic recommendations for anything on my interest list would have my adoration forever (good long sephxcloud long stories get my undying zombie love)!
For those approaching their school breaks, I wish you the very best of luck in completing all your assessments before christmas, and I hope everyone has a good fun holiday break!

My basketball has gone missing and my basketball ring rusted through, so it's on my christmas list as well as my shopping list as oon as I work out where the best place to buy them is.

Whistle pairings are LOVE and there are so not enough authors in that fandom where there are many boys all of whom at some point seem to be lusting after the main character (really! that wasn't the only reason I watched it...;)...ooooh that's what I forgot to put on my list, Fujishiro/Shou...who can forget adorable Fujishiro and his inappropriate laughter when other boys get soccer balls kicked at their crotches *whistles tunelessly* Ok, so that may be the entire reason I rewatch whistle, but there is still much Shou love too!!!)

THough I might pull out and Envy/Ed (or Ed/Envy perhaps?) because they're EATING MY BRAIN (and Wai hates it... yes she does, but I'm too amused by them)... hell, I read an Mpreg fic with them and liked it. It was all so very plausable with Envy WAS a girl at the time (drugging Ed up) and him being artificial with teh Gate being sadistic and all... shoot me now please thanks.

oooh Envy/Ed/Envy.
I think I read that fic. Can't remember the details of it now. Just that Envy was pregnant as he'd been female and Ed was angsty (when is he ever not?)
Any sort of music really. Mostly I like songs with a good beat. the background music usually makes the song for me...though excellent lyrics (fascinating/intriguing ones) can compensate for not great song music...
I'm having a lot of trouble doing that music meme as my brain wants to write angsty and it's very hard to be inspired in taht way from teeny bopper music (ok, so it's not literally teeny bopper music, but it's similar enough)

Come on, I know you like the Ed/Envy. THey're such a bastardly pair you know you can't help but love them and the prettyness.
I tend to listen to darker music ^_^. Evanescence is really the only main stream band I like (I have an off facination with her voice as a singer myself).
...I'm pretty much writing angst with my music -_-. Go stare at Lacuna Coil or Tapping the Vein. I really like them ^_^. I'm not sure if you'll like it....but oh well. Or search randomly for stuff online, there's some crazy stuff.

Meggiebaby fics...can't wait. Been too long since I was able to get my hands on any of your works (in fandoms that I more generally follow, that is, not that I don't love all your work)
ahh KKM...it's sort of my odd one out fandom. Normally I'll pick one character and as long as their in the pairing I'm happy, but for some reason with KKM It's sort of in reverse. I just can't read any pairings with Wolfram. He has just rubbed me thewrong way since the beginning (plus he's blonde, though I'm not quite sure what that has to with it...it's about the only reason I can think of becasue I at least like the other characters sometimes...though Greta is beginning to get on my nerves too...I like her better when she was slightly unsure of her position in Yuuri's life) Ok, yes I am totally illogical and a bit of a meanie, it's just the way my mind decided to go with theis fandom...and I will now stop ranting about it.
Conrad/Yozak is readable

Especially with all their heartfelt moments where they stare into each others eyes and say each others names...(and Yuuri manages to completely ignore Wolfram...right, I said I'd stop ranting didn't I. *scratches head embaressedly* sorry)

How's NaNoWriMo going?
There's been a lot of frsustrated people over it, I want to do it...I just haven't worked up the motivation for it yet. Definitely next year though.
